I opened Circadian Chiropractic & Sport in September 2021 to help families and athletes in Sarasota, Bradenton, and Lakewood Ranch get better faster and stay better longer by addressing the neuro-structural problems in the spine and nervous system.
My path to chiropractic started as a patient. Injuries at the end of my college baseball career left me without clear answers until a chiropractor found the underlying cause and got me well again, and more importantly taught me that every family and athlete needs to be under chiropractic care.

Your First Visit
Day 1: Spine & Nerve Exam. We run tests that measure your spinal alignment and movement, nerve function, and any pre-existing spinal damage. We may take digital X-rays (if needed) and perform any other relevant tests to determine whether we can help you. Day 2: Doctor's Report & Recommendations. Dr. Alex walks you through your findings and recommendations, including a chiropractic care schedule and any additional recommendations based on your unique results. You may also leave with home exercises and lifestyle recommendations. Ask about our family first-visit specials!
