She founded the practice in 2017 after discovering Network Spinal chiropractic care during chiropractic school and overcoming her own health challenges. She holds a Bachelor's of Kinesiology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, and is a Network Spinal Practitioner. She is also in training for Somatic Experiencing. Inspire Life uses NeuroScan testing and Network Spinal Care with a gentle approach (no aggressive twisting or popping), and focuses on pregnancy, pediatric, and family care alongside adults facing chronic health challenges. The practice helps adults with chronic pain, sleep issues, anxiety, headaches, concussions, past trauma, depression, indigestion, menstrual cycle dysfunction, fatigue, neurological concerns, and hormonal imbalances, and also works with kids facing emotional trauma, anxiety, sleep challenges, ADD/ADHD, OCD, and more.
