Your first visit at Empowered Origins begins with a thorough consultation where Drs. Michelle and Adam review your health history and wellness goals. For families, each member receives an individual assessment. We perform a comprehensive examination to evaluate nervous system function. Based on our findings, we create a personalized care plan designed specifically for your family's needs. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Wear comfortable clothing. Children are always welcome.
