Embodiment Chiropractic

Little Rock, AR12 mi Accepting patients

My chiropractic story started before I could even remember it. At three months old, I was diagnosed with a severe case of eczema. My mom Julie brought me to a chiropractor, and that decision changed the trajectory of my entire life. Growing up under chiropractic care, I watched my body heal and adapt in ways that medicine alone never achieved. By the time I was competing in college soccer and track at the University of Evansville, I knew firsthand how a clear nervous system showed up in performance, recovery, and overall health. I graduated from Life University in early 2022 with my doctorate in chiropractic and moved to Little Rock to build something that matched my values: family, freedom, community, and education. Embodiment Chiropractic exists to serve families through every stage of life, from pregnancy to postpartum, from newborns to grandparents. I am Webster Technique certified, ICPA trained, Focus Academy certified, and a Brain Blossom Program provider because I refuse to stop learning when it comes to the families who trust me with their care. My approach is nervous system driven. I use CLA scanning technology, functional brain-based assessments, cranial work, and neuro-cognitive exercises to understand how each patient's body is communicating with itself. I do not chase symptoms. I find where the interference is, correct it, and let the body do what it was designed to do. My mom Julie works in the office with me. She is the reason I am in this profession, and now we get to serve this community together.

What Is Nervous System Chiropractic?

Your brain and spinal cord control every function in your body. A nervous system chiropractor focuses on how well that system is communicating, not just whether something hurts.

Doctors in the NeuroChiro directory use specific adjustments to reduce interference in your nervous system. The goal is better function across everything your body does: sleep, digestion, immune response, stress recovery, and yes, pain.

This is different from a chiropractor who only addresses the spot that hurts. It's a whole-body approach, and the results patients report go well beyond pain relief.
