I am a second-generation chiropractor. My father, Dr. Pete Pingalore, has served Worcester County for over 40 years, and I grew up watching him change lives with his hands. I spent the majority of my life as an athlete, playing soccer, judo, racing motocross, and snowboarding. I recovered from many traumatic injuries while participating in these sports with the help of my chiropractic super dad, and that is what made this profession personal for me long before I ever stepped into a classroom. I earned my Bachelor's in Accounting and Business Management from Bridgewater State University before realizing that my real calling was in health care, not spreadsheets. I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2022, where I was one of the first students to bring Kairos Training Culture to the Palmer Florida campus. I spent early mornings training and teaching the philosophy, art, and science of chiropractic with groups of dedicated students, and that discipline stayed with me. After graduating, I practiced alongside Dr. Brett Jones at The Source Chiropractic in Tucson, Arizona, where I sharpened my skills before coming home to Worcester to open Top Spine Chiropractic & Wellness. This practice combines the Gonstead method with advanced spinal decompression, Activator, ArthroStim, and intersegmental traction to deliver precise, personalized care. I believe chiropractic is not something you do when you are broken. It is how you stay at your best for a lifetime. Whether you are a newborn, a weekend warrior, or a grandparent, your nervous system deserves expert attention.

What Is Nervous System Chiropractic?

Your brain and spinal cord control every function in your body. A nervous system chiropractor focuses on how well that system is communicating, not just whether something hurts.

Doctors in the NeuroChiro directory use specific adjustments to reduce interference in your nervous system. The goal is better function across everything your body does: sleep, digestion, immune response, stress recovery, and yes, pain.

This is different from a chiropractor who only addresses the spot that hurts. It's a whole-body approach, and the results patients report go well beyond pain relief.
