Your first visit typically takes 45-60 minutes. Here's what to expect: 1. Health History Review — We'll go over your health history, current concerns, and goals for care. 2. Comprehensive Examination — A thorough assessment of your spine, nervous system, and related areas of concern. 3. Diagnostic Imaging — If clinically necessary, we may take X-rays or review prior imaging. 4. Report of Findings — We'll explain everything we found and present a personalized care plan. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any paperwork. Wear comfortable clothing and bring any prior medical records or imaging if available.
