Examination — A thorough chiropractic and neurological exam to assess your spine and nervous system. 5. Your First Adjustment — Based on your findings, Dr. Twila will deliver your first chiropractic adjustment. 6. Care Plan — You leave with a clear understanding of what is happening and a plan built around your needs. We see families, athletes, pregnant moms, newborns, and adults of all ages.
